For monitoring performance, you can implement Prometheus-Grafana for product network. It is recommended for monitoring.

Using Caliper you can fine tune your network. For give configuration, Once you you feel its giving some specific x tps, It should give same performance in prod as well, provided you are using same parameter as used while performance benchmarking using caliper.
